Vianessa Castaños

Vianessa is the Founder and CEO of Anacaona Productions. As an actress, she has appeared in productions for major networks including CBS, ABC, Hulu, and Amazon, with recent credits in Land of Women (Apple TV) and El Caso Asunta (Netflix). She wrote, directed, and starred in the award-winning digital series Gringa Latina, and went on to write and direct two short films for CryptTV. In 2020, she led the digital revival of Yo Soy Latina for its 20-year anniversary, and in 2023, served as executive producer and director of the docuseries Tocad@s.

With nearly 20 years of marketing experience—including four years at Meta—Vianessa has helped global brands drive growth, increase sales, and scale their digital presence. Her entrepreneurial insight also led her to produce a business and entrepreneurship series for personal finance expert Ramit Sethi (I Will Teach You To Be Rich).

This blend of business strategy and creative storytelling informs her work at Anacaona Productions, where she offers development consulting, narrative integration, and creative story strategy.

Maria Sued

Maria is a dynamic public relations and communications professional with a strategic focus on the entertainment industry. Andrés Ramos Diaz

Andrés brings over a decade specializing in event management and logistics coordination throughout Spain. Fernanda Valencia

Fernanda is a producer, screenwriter, actress and playwright. She trained professionally in New York at the New York Film Academy, LAByrinth Theatre Company, and Atlantic Theatre School; in London, at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA); and in Spain, at the RTVE Institute for Screenwriting. Her short film Canción de Otoño was part of the Shorts México mentoring program in 2019. She co-created the show Madrid, Chernobyl which premiered in Madrid (2020) and Mexico City (2021). She directed the original play The Vortex, premiered in Madrid (2022). She is the creator of the film podcast Cápsulas de Morfina for Spotify. She co-wrote the feature film Encrucijada (Crossroads), currently in development by Anacaona Productions, and serves as executive producer of Guernica: The Last Exile, shortlisted for Best Documentary Short Film at the 2025 Goya Awards. She's currently developing The idealists, a thriller short that marks her directorial debut in film.
